Meet Jenn Vanden Hogen — 4-year old Pre-K Instructional Assistant
Why I love St. John School?
I fell in love with St John’s School first as a parent. My daughter Leah started here as a Pre-K student, and the teachers and staff were so nurturing and supportive. I loved being able to volunteer in the classroom. Eventually, I took a position as a lunchroom assistant and as an instructional assistant. Everyone here is a blessing to work with.
My favorite part of teaching?
Seeing the smiles of all the friends in the classroom. Children truly are a blessing!
What I like to do outside of school?
I love spending time with my husband, Mike, an SJS alumni, and daughter, Leah. I also enjoy volunteering within the parish and at school. I’m currently the chair of St John’s Home and School Association. Reading is also a favorite hobby of mine.
