Why I love St. John School?
As a new teacher at St. John’s I’m looking forward to getting to know the students, parents and staff. The atmosphere is warm & welcoming and I’m SO excited to be part of this awesome school!
My favorite part of teaching?
My favorite part of teaching physical education is seeing the excitement when a student finally masters a skill. I also love to get to know each student, and be involved in their extracurricular activities.
What I like to do outside of school?
I have two grown boys and I love to spend as much time as I can with them. My oldest just got married and lives in Milwaukee. My youngest lives in Appleton. I love to camp and spend a few weeks, each summer, at Peninsula State Park and Hartman Creek. I’m also a photographer and specialize in senior portraits and sports photography!
My education
I received my degree in Physical Education from UW-La Crosse and my health certification from UW-Oshkosh. I’ve also taken classes at Viterbo University.
My professional training
I’ve had training in CPR & First Aid, and mindfullness.
