Why I love St. John School?
I love working at St. John’s because it is a wonderful working environment. The staff and teachers are very friendly and supportive.
My favorite part of teaching?
I get to know all the students. I love getting to know them and seeing them grow from year to year.
What I like to do outside of school?
I like to go antiquing and I like to travel with my husband – sometimes by motorcycle.
My education
Bachelor of Science in Business Administration from Northwestern University in St. Paul, Minn., and a teaching certificate for Music Education from California State University
My professional training
I have continued my music education, studying piano at UW-Oshkosh and I have attended many music conferences, such as one about standards-based grading for music educators.
