Mark your calendar for Pillars Report to the Community happening Thursday, March 31st from 7:30 a.m. to 9:15 a.m. We are excited to reflect on last year with the community at this in-person event.
Please join as at The Core (820 W College Ave Suite #1, Appleton, WI 54914) for a chance to hear from Pillars executive director, Joe Mauthe, and recipients of this year’s Volunteer of the Year and Community Partner of the Year award winners. Breakfast will be served ahead of the program.
The St. John Nepomucene Mission Club is having a quilt clearance sale as they need to make room for new creations!!!!
Various sizes are available! Please come and visit them on Wednesdays from 8:00 am until 4:00 pm. Please go to Door #7 by the Prayer Garden (across from the parish office).
They are in need of volunteers as well! If you can tie a knot then they need your help for only half an hour!
On Saturday, August 28th, St. John Nepomucene Parish provided a combination of 975 grilled brats, burgers and hotdogs and handed them out following the 4:30 p.m. Mass. Parishioners were asked to take a meal and give one to a friend or stranger. Almost everyone did and we have had many positive comments!
A huge THANK YOU to everyone who helped make the “Love Thy Neighbor Free Community Meal” a great success!
Little Flowers Girls’ Club® teaches virtues through scripture, saints’ biographies and the Catechism of the Catholic Church.
Our program has delighted and instilled in our girls a love of our Catholic Faith. However, to keep this amazing program going, we are looking for a program leader to lead and organize it. St. John Nepomucene is a vibrant parish and we have many great committees that make-up the dedicated teams that are the hands and feet of Jesus, using their time, talents and treasures to respectfully and lovingly serve others at our parish. Volunteer Registration is open for Bike to the Beat: Track 5! Registration is now open for volunteers for the 2021 Bike to the Beat event, with opportunities on August 5-7. This event, through the Fox Cares Foundation, has donated over $180,000 to our community and we could not do it without your support. Plus, it’s a lot of fun! Questions?
