Prayer Service of Remembrance

Each year in the fall, it is the tradition of our Catholic faith to remember those who have gone to their heavenly home, and to offer consolation to those who grieve their loss. St. John Nepomucene Catholic Community will honor the memory of your loved one on Saturday, October 17th at 5:45 p.m. at the St. John Nepomucene Cemetery for our 25th Annual Prayer Service of Remembrance.
After a brief service of Scripture, music and prayer near the cross, you will be invited to take a candle to place at the gravesite of your loved one. If your loved one is not buried at the cemetery, the candle can be placed at the foot of the cross (candles will be provided).
After the service, please join family and friends for light refreshments and fellowship at the Caretakers Building. All are welcome!
Please note that the cemetery is located on Main Street (two blocks east of the bank). The sun will be setting as we gather, so be sure to bring a flashlight and dress for the weather.
