FAITH DEVELOPMENT
The St. John Faith Development program will develop engaged Catholics through prayer, sacraments, God’s Word and service.
Why choose St. John Faith Development?
You are your child’s first and most important teacher. The choices your child will make as an adult will be influenced by your example. By participating in Faith Development here at St. John Nepomucene you are setting an example that, no matter how busy our lives are, a life of faith is important. Your child’s formation as a disciple of Christ will set the foundation for lifelong faith and devotion to God.
The Faith Development program helps children form deeper relationships with God, their families and the church community through learning how to apply Bible lessons and values to daily life, and through experiences of prayer, worship and service.

YOUTH MINISTRY
Youth Ministry at St. John Nepomucene Catholic Community offers retreats, monthly and summer events, small groups, diocesan conferences, and service opportunities for youth in Grades 5-12 and their families.
Youth ministry consists of more than a child attending an event. Youth Ministry is just that—a ministry, a process of discipleship (believing in Jesus and following Him in daily life). It is accepting each youth as they are and walking with them. We strive to minister to the whole person within their family.
There are eight pillars of youth ministry that we use as a foundation for what we offer and they consist of:
- Advocacy
- Catechesis
- Community Life
- Evangelization
- Justice & Service
- Leadership
- Pastoral Care
- Prayer & Worship
