Student Absences: Please email the school office at schooloffice@stjn.org if your child will be absent. Please fill out the Vacation Form for anticipated long absences.

Pastries for Parents Event: All parents (including preschool families who may not have a student starting the morning of Sept. 1) are invited to the Gathering Space in church for coffee, pastries and fellowship immediately after drop-off. Sponsored by Home & School.

Uniforms & Spirit Wear: Uniform & Spirit Wear Store orders will be placed the first Friday of each month and will be ready for pickup at the school office two weeks after the closing date. Orders placed by Aug. 7 will be available for pickup at the Open House.

Red Carpet Mass: Friday, September 11. Parents, family members and friends can start lining the red carpet at 7:45am to cheer on the students as they walk into the first all-school Mass. Then all are welcomed into Mass.

RaiseRight Gift Card Fundraising: Purchasing gift cards (i.e. scrip) through the RaiseRight app or website at places like Kwik Trip, Festival, Walmart, Marcus Theaters and Home Depot earns you a rebate that can be applied toward tuition. Create an account by emailing scrip@stjn.org.

Payment Reminders:

• All tuition payments will go through FACTS.
• Hot Lunch, School Fees, H&S Fee payments primarily go through Venmo @StJohnNepomucene-LC (please leave a specific description with your student’s name and what the payment is for). Checks are also accepted at the parish office or mailed to P.O. Box 305, Little Chute, WI 54140.
• Payments are not accepted at the school office or through the family envelope.

Home & School Back-to-School Checklist:

[ ] Fill out the H&S form: Provide your student’s details and indicate whether you want your family included in the school directory.

[ ] Submit the $25 H&S fee: Pay the $25 fee per student to help fund school events throughout the year via VENMO.
