National NFP Awareness Week – July 19th through July 25, 2026

National Family Planning, the theme for 2026 is “Designed by God, Guided by Love, Open to Life”.

Natural Family Planning Awareness Week is a national educational campaign of the United States Conference of Catholic Bishops to celebrate God’s vision for marriage and promote the methods of Natural Family Planning. Natural Family Planning (NFP) methods reflect the dignity of the human person within the context of marriage and family life and promote openness to life and the gift of the child. By complementing the love-giving and life-giving nature of marriage, NFP can enrich the bond between husband and wife.
