Suffering … it’s something that Jesus warned us we will all face in this life. The question is will we turn to God or turn away from Him in bitterness. Fortunately, our Catholic faith shows us a way to  transform our pain into something redemptive; something that has spiritual meaning and purpose, and leads to healing.

On Monday, November 16th, at 6:30 p.m. in the Xavier Fine Arts Theatre, Dr. John Dinegan will present “TAKE UP YOUR CROSS – Accepting God’s Invitation When Times Get Tough. Through the art of storytelling, Dr. Dinegan, recently retired president of Lourdes Academy, connects his own life-changing trauma and that of others to the salvific suffering of Christ as detailed in the Stations of the Cross.

This will occur at the Xavier Fine Arts Theatre located at 1600 Prospect Ave in Appleton.
