2021 Rosary Rally

Please join the 2021 Public Square Rosary Crusade.

Our nation needs public prayer, repentance and conversion. We ask God to save America through the Rosary of His Most Holy Mother. Each year all over America, people like us gather on the Saturday closest to October 13th, when Mary appeared to the children of Fatima to publicly pray the rosary together.

Please join us in praying for our nation at noon on Saturday, October 16th.

The local Public Square Rosary Rally will take place on the SKD-St. Francis Church grounds. In case of rain, we will pray inside the church.

EXPLANATION STATION by St John Nepomucene Adult Faith Formation

EXPLANATION STATION by St John Nepomucene Adult Faith Formation

September 29th is the Feast of the Archangels: Michael, Gabriel and Raphael. These three occupy the highest domains of the angelic hierarchy.

Should we, as Catholics, believe that angels exist? Absolutely! The Catechism of the Catholic Church teaches us that, “The existence of the spiritual, non-corporeal beings that Sacred Scripture usually calls “angels” is a truth of faith. Angels are pure, created spirits. The name angel means servant or messenger of God. Angels are celestial or heavenly beings, on a higher order than human beings. Angels have no bodies and do not depend on matter for their existence or activity. They are distinct from saints, which men can become. Angels have intellect and will, and are immortal.”

Reverent Prayer Time – Eucharistic Adoration at St. John Nepomucene

Reverent Prayer Time – Eucharistic Adoration at St. John Nepomucene

What is Adoration?  Adoration is a quiet time spent in prayer before Jesus present in the Eucharist. It is a sign of devotion and worship of Jesus Christ, who is believed by Catholics to be present in body, soul, and divinity, under the appearance of the consecrated host.

If you are interested in spending silent prayer time in front of the Blessed Sacrament at St. John Nepomucene, the church will be available the third Thursday of each month (as long as we have interest) for Eucharistic Adoration.

This will begin on Thursday, October 21st from 3:00 p.m. until 7:00 p.m.

To sign up for a one-hour time slot, or request more information, please contact Tammy Spidle at 920-202-1631 or tammyspidle@gmail.com.
