We need to be constantly reminded that “the Church is not a man-made society of like-minded people who are trying to live Christian lives and to exert some kind of Christian influence upon the world. The Catholic Church is a community created and called by God.
Its task is evangelization and salvation: to be an instrument of God’s work in the world focused in the saving and liberating mission of Jesus Christ. It must, therefore, look to the Holy Spirit for the power to accomplish it.

All are welcome to join us for this fun event while featuring a message from author and National Speaker, Deacon Steve Meyer! Ordained in 2006, Deacon Steve Meyer is a best-selling author of several books, national speaker, and the co-founder of Whatsoever You Do, Inc., Street Lights Outreach, and a number of other programs that advance the dignity of God’s people. Professionally, he works as a Chief Strategy Officer for a company specializing in organizational branding and creative communications.
