2024 Raising Vocations Collection

Why is the Diocese starting the Raising Vocations Collection?

The collection will support young people as they encounter Jesus. This collection will help us reach our Diocesan goal of 30 men in seminary formation by 2025.

How does your gift to the Raising Vocations Collection support Vocations?

This important collection supports ministries that help young men and women discover Christ and accompany them on their vocation journey. The collection is supporting ministries and is sending youth to events like Steubenville Conferences, Blessed Carlo Acutis Youth Day, SEEK conferences, and even more.

Catechists Needed for the Faith Development Program at St. John Nepomucene

Catechists Needed for the Faith Development Program at St. John Nepomucene

St. John Nepomucene is in need of catechists for grades 7th through 10th for our Faith Development program.

7th – 8th grade classes are held three Wednesdays a month from 6:15 p.m. until 7:30 p.m.

9th – 10th grade classes are held once a month on Sunday mornings from 8 a.m. until noon (attend 10:00 a.m. Mass together as a class).

For more information, please contact Tyler at tsterr@stjn.org or by calling (920) 788-9033. The lesson plans are all prepared for you and Sarah in the parish office can help you become VIRTUS trained if you are a new or past volunteer. Please prayerfully consider helping our youth!
