Uniforms

The main uniform store for ordering logo shirts and logo sweatshirts as well as middle school gym uniforms and SJS Spiritwear will be provided by Mass Appeal. The online site will remain open all year, and orders will be placed the first Friday of each month (aside from August) and the orders will be ready for pickup two weeks later in the school office. Please see the Family Resources webpage for the latest uniform store link.

PowerSchool

PowerSchool is our Student Information System, which allows you to view your student’s grades, attendance and lunch balance. PowerSchool has an app as well, but please note that it does not have all the capabilities of the desktop website.

Payment Options

One of the most frequent questions we get asked is: How do I pay for…

• Tuition
• Hot Lunch
• Other School Fees (i.e. field trips, music fees and Home & School)

All tuition payments will go through FACTS with payments starting in August.

Venmo @StJohnNepomucene-LC can be used to pay for hot lunch and other school fees. Please leave a specific description with your student’s name and what the payment is for.

You can use your financial institution’s Online Bill Pay option, drop off a check or cash at the parish financial office. Or mail a check to: St. John Nepomucene, P.O. Box 305, Little Chute, WI 54140.

Mentorship Program

All new families are encouraged to reach out to their grade representative to answer any questions, fill you in on the fun things happening at SJS or take any questions you have to a Home & School meeting. Feel free to contact them anytime! The 2025-2026 school year contacts are:

Communication

All information can be found on our Family Resources webpage, which is updated on a daily basis. Please read this regularly. You can even add it to your phone’s Home Screen to check the calendar and important info as needed.

“Parent Notify” emails are sent to all families on a weekly basis or as needed with time-sensitive information.

“Dutchmen Details” monthly newsletters can be found on the Family Resources webpage and will also be included in the Parent Notify Weekly Communication emails.

“Dutchmen Details” and “Parent Notify” emails will come from the Administrative Assistant, Kaylee Steeno via Constant Contact. Please add her to your contacts, and contact her with any email address changes.

Classroom teachers will also reach out to you on a regular basis via email! Teacher emails are listed on their individual profile pages here.

Before/After School Care

St. John School offers child care for students in grades PreK-4 through 5th Grade. In the morning, parents may drop their students off as early as 6:45 a.m., free of charge! Students may stay after school until 5:30 p.m. for $12 per day, $17 per family per day. (Rates subject to change, $1 per child fee for each minute after 5:30 p.m.) Registration for morning and/or after school is required, and students may attend at any point throughout the year.

Transportation

We do have a bus that brings eligible students from the Kaukauna Area School District to and from St. Johns. The school office will be in contact with each family that is eligible for this service. You may contact the school office or Kobussen Busses at (920) 766-0606 with questions.

Volunteering

We love volunteers at SJS! The Green Bay Diocese requires all volunteers to be VIRTUS trained. Click here to get started.
