Uniforms

The uniform store for ordering shirts and sweatshirts as well as middle school gym uniforms is now closed. ID Marketing opens this store once a year in July offering excellent price points.

To order plaid, navy and khaki jumpers and skirts as well as a selection of uniforms shirts anytime throughout the year, you may now order with SchoolBelles.

PowerSchool

PowerSchool is our Student Information System, which allows you to view your student’s grades, attendance and lunch balance. PowerSchool has an app as well, but please note that it does not have all the capabilities of the desktop website.

Payment Options

One of the most frequent questions we get asked is: How do I pay for…

• Tuition
• Hot Lunch
• Other School Fees (i.e. field trips, music fees and Home & School)

All tuition payments will go through FACTS with payments starting in August.

Venmo @StJohnNepomucene-LC can be used to pay for hot lunch and other school fees. Please leave a specific description with your student’s name and what the payment is for.

You can use your financial institution’s Online Bill Pay option, drop off a check or cash at the parish financial office. Or mail a check to: St. John Nepomucene, P.O. Box 305, Little Chute, WI 54140.

Mentorship Program

All new families are put in touch with a mentor family for that grade level, and they want to answer any and all of your questions as well as fill you in on the fun things happening at SJS. Feel free to contact them anytime!

Communication

All information can be found on our Family Resources webpage. A reminder to check this webpage will be sent out weekly. Please read this regularly.

Families are automatically subscribed to an email list to keep you informed about news and events happening school-wide at SJS.

Our monthly newsletter is called the “Dutchmen Details” and is sent the first Wednesday of every month. Links to this newsletter can be found in News as well as the Family Resources webpage.

“Parent Notify” emails are sent out as needed with time-sensitive information.

“Dutchmen Details” and “Parent Notify” emails will come from the Administrative Assistant, Peg Van Asten. Please add her to your contacts, and contact her with any email address changes.

Don’t forget about our Family Resources webpage for any info you may be looking for.

Classroom teachers will also reach out to you on a regular basis via email! Teacher emails are listed on their individual profile pages here.

Learn about our teachers and staff! You can view Teacher Profiles on our website and you can view the Open House Videos they made on our YouTube Page. Please note that new teachers will not have a video, but their classroom atmosphere and curriculum will be the same.

Gift Card Fundraising

Preschool – 3 year old – Afternoon	Noon – 2:55 p.m. (Drop off begins at 11:45 a.m.)
Preschool – 4 year old – Full Day	8 a.m. – 2:55 p.m. (Drop off begins at 7:45 a.m.)
Preschool – 4 year old – Half Day	8 a.m. – 11 a.m. (Drop off begins at 7:45 a.m.)
Kindergarten	7:45 a.m. – 3 p.m. (Drop off begins at 7:30 a.m.)
Elementary School – Grades 1-5	7:45 a.m. – 3:05 p.m. (Drop off begins at 7:30 a.m.)

Before/After School Care

St. John School offers child care for students in grades PreK-4 through 5th Grade. In the morning, parents may drop their students off as early as 7 a.m., free of charge! Students may stay after school until 5:30 p.m. for $10 per day, $15 per family per day. Registration for morning and/or after school is required, and students may attend at any point throughout the year.

Currently, there is not a dedicated bus through SJS. If you are interested in a bussing option, please contact Kobussen Busses at (920) 766-0606.
