All are welcome to join us after the 8 a.m. and 10 a.m. Masses on Sunday, August 3rd in Fellowship Hall for some yummy doughnuts and refreshments!
Voices of Peace Gospel – Music Festival 2025
All are welcome to join us on August 15th and August 16th at the Hilbert Civic Park located on Highway 57/32 in Hilbert, WI. The “Voices of Peace” will host their 20th annual Gospel Fest from 11 am until 7 pm on Friday, August 15th and 10 am to 7 pm on Saturday, August 16th.
No admission fees will be charged, just a freewill donation with 100% of the monies going back to the bands. Bring your lawn chairs, bring your family and be ready for a spirit filled weekend. Please NO carry-ins!
There will be 15 performing groups, playing country, bluegrass and southern gospel music from across the country. Food, snacks and refreshments will be available on the grounds. Brats and hamburgers on Friday and Saturday; fish fry on Friday and chicken breasts on Satruday.

St. John’s Athletic Association 31st Annual Golf Scramble!
Join us on Saturday, August 23rd for the St. John’s Athletic Association 31st Annual Golf Scramble at Irish Waters in Freedom. The Shot Gun start time starts at 9:00 a.m.!
The fee for each golfer will be $80 before August 1st or $85 after August 1st. This will include 18 holes of golf with carts, food, beverages, prizes and great fun!

St. John Nepomucene – Church Cleaning Volunteers Needed
St. John Nepomucene Church Cleaning occurs on the first Monday of the month (unless it falls on a holiday, then it is held on the following Monday). We are looking for more volunteers who would like to donate their time and help us clean!
You may attend the 6:45 a.m. Communion Service and then help with the cleaning afterwards or simply come at 7:30 a.m. and meet in the Gathering Space. Light cleaning is performed which consists of dusting, vacuuming, sweeping and other miscellaneous items.
Depending on how many volunteers come, cleaning usually takes about 1.5 hours or less! Help when you are able and stay as long as you are able! You will be doing a great service to your parish all while enjoying fellowship and then indulge on some great dessert bars and refreshments afterwards!

Calling all current middle school boys! Bring yourself and a friend Monday, June 16th through Wednesday, June 18th to St Lawrence Seminary High School in Mt Calvary, WI for three days of field olympics, games, team building, and prayer.
You’re sure to have a blast living in our dorms, eating lots of food, and making new friends! Cost is $50 and includes housing and food. Transportation is available from select cities throughout the state. Register at www.stlawrence.edu/retreats.
