Update on Christmas Stars!
Good seats are still available for all Christmas Stars performances, 7:00 pm on December 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 9th, 10th and 11th and 1:00 pm on December 4th, 5th, 11th and 12th.
Thursday shows, December 2nd and December 9th are family discount nights, with reduced prices for all tickets.
Christmas Stars is a spectacular, Broadway-style revue featuring performers ranging in age from kindergarten to senior citizen.
All performances are at the state-of-the-art, fully accessible Xavier Fine Arts Theatre in Appleton. Tickets are available at www.christmasstars.org or 920-733-8840. The box office at the theatre now has expanded hours Mondays, Tuesdays and Wednesdays from noon until 3:00 pm through December 10th for phone orders and walk-up sales. Walk-up sales are also available one hour before each performance.
Please note: at this time, masks are required for all who enter the building during the school day. Masks are optional for those attending performances.

Parents are invited to a special evening session with Dr. Justin Patchin, national speaker and expert on teens, cyberbullying and social media.
Xavier High School is hosting the parent presentation on Wednesday, October 27th at 6:30 p.m. in the theatre.
All parents of middle and high school students are invited. There is no charge for the event.
Xavier High School Preview Night – October 18th
High school only happens once. Why not consider the high school with the top ACT average in Northeast Wisconsin and an environment focused on faith and character development.
Parents and prospective students are invited to Xavier High School’s Preview Night, Monday, October 18th at 6:30 p.m. in the Xavier Theatre to participate in this fun, informative and student-led event.

Christmas Stars – LIVE ON STAGE!
Christmas Stars ticket sales open September 7th at 9:00 am online and at the box office from noon until 3:00 pm.
Come and be delighted by a spectacular Broadway-style revue featuring religious and secular holiday music performed by a cast of singers, dancers and actors ages five to senior citizen. Experience the dazzling Christmas parade, a visit from Santa and the breathtaking “Living Nativity” finale.
All performances will be held at the Xavier Fine Arts Theater located at 1600 Prospect Avenue in Appleton from December 2nd through December 12th.
An American Sign Language interpreter will be provided at the 1:00 pm performance on December 4th. The fully accessible theatre is equipped with a hearing loop as well.

The Xavier High School Theatre Production class will present “Jackie and the Beanstalk”, a fresh look at the classic tale, written and produced by students in the class under the direction of Maureen Milbach, assisted by Xavier grad Megan Dumke.
The production will stream on demand May 24th – June 4th and will also have an onstage partial live performance accompanied by the video at 7:00 pm on May 27th. The performance will be at the Xavier Fine Arts Theatre (located at 1600 W. Prospect Avenue in Appleton). The show is approximately 30 minutes and is ideal for children in of all ages.

“Christmas Stars,” a holiday-themed musical revue preparing for its 28th season, will hold auditions for adult (high school and above) singers and dancers and children in kindergarten through eighth grade on Saturday, May 15th from 9:00 to 11:30 am and on May 17th from 6:00 to 9:00 pm at the Xavier Fine Arts Theatre, 1600 W. Prospect Avenue, Appleton.
Rehearsals are held at Xavier High School on Sunday nights beginning at the end of August for adults and in September for students. Performances for 2021 are December 2nd through December 12th at the Xavier Fine Arts Theatre. The show’s director is Jim Romenesko, assisted by Sue Hahn. Mary Doverspike is the choreographer and Peter Leschke is the choral director.
COVID-19 precautions will be followed for auditions and rehearsals. Masks are required.
