“Most importantly, the integration of faith into all areas of the curriculum ensures our kids could grow not only academically but spiritually, forming a strong foundation for their future.”
“We chose SJS because of the strong sense of community that permeates every aspect of the school. The small class sizes allow for personalized attention and foster meaningful relationships between students and teachers. We appreciate the school’s strong emphasis on service, as it teaches children to live out their faith through action and compassion. Additionally, SJS offers a well-rounded education with exceptional extracurricular programs, we have specifically appreciated the sports and orchestra programs. “My name is Dana and together with my husband Jason, we have 4 children, 3 of which now attend SJS.

“It’s relieving to know that your children are making friendships with peers whose families have similar values and belief systems.”
Up until this school year our older boys attended public school. Last year, when our daughter was in the 4K program at SJS we got to witness how great this school truly is. The all school masses, the Pep Rally For God, and the community-like atmosphere all brought back memories to my childhood when I attended SJS. After attending Women Celebrate that year I felt a calling to bring all of our children to SJS. I wanted to give them the same opportunity I was given, to grow up with faith everyday. We made that decision to change schools and register at SJS. The faculty and families from SJS have been SO welcoming and helped tremendously with the transition, starting from the day we shadowed the school. Families even reached out over the summer to arrange play-dates so our boys would feel familiar with friends. There are so many fun ways to help and volunteer and meet other parents, which gives SJS such a sense of community. It’s relieving to know that your children are making friendships with peers whose families have similar values and belief systems.
With the smaller class sizes at SJS, they are not just a name on the class roster, but an individual who is valued and recognized. There is such opportunity for close connections between peers as well as student/teacher relationships. We love that religion is no longer separate from their every-day learning and that now faith is incorporated in all aspects of their day.
We have noticed huge changes right away with our boys at this school. Their attitude toward learning and school in general has improved so much and nervousness and anxieties have diminished.
As a parent, there is no greater feeling to send your children off to school and know that they are safe, loved, and focused on Christ, and we truly believe all of those things are met here at SJS.”

“Our family has been a part of SJS since our oldest son was in 4K, and we could not be more thankful for our experience. SJS is more than just a school. It’s a community of students, teachers, administrators, and parents who genuinely care about the school and each other. It’s a place where kids feel encouraged to become the best version of themselves. We’ve seen such growth in our kids academically, spiritually, and in their character. Our goal as parents is to raise kids that are capable and confident, while thoughtful and kind. SJS shares the same vision.

“It’s a place where kids feel encouraged to become the best version of themselves.“
We really value the small classroom size and the individualized attention it provides. Our kids can participate more in class, which helps to build confidence, and teachers get to know students on a deeper level, allowing them to tailor their instruction. The classroom feels cohesive and supportive. The close relationships being formed with teachers and peers are connections my kids will have forever.
Before our kids reached school age, we spent a lot of time discussing the school we would choose for our family. Jason attended SJS, so we drew a lot from his experience. We also spoke with good friends who shared similar values that were already SJS parents. How they described the school and what it meant to their family felt special, like something we wanted to be a part of. So, we decided to enroll and very quickly received affirmation that this is where we belong too. SJS is and always will be a blessing to our family!”
