We’re so excited about the upcoming retreat! It will take place February 9th through February 11, 2024 in Elkhart Lake. There is a NEW registration process this year, so please read through this email carefully.

REGISTRATION PROCESS

STEP 1: Ticket Purchase for the Retreat
You can purchase your retreat ticket on our website. This ticket includes all meals, snacks, and the cost of the retreat (speakers, equipment rental, etc.). Each woman attending can purchase her own ticket or you can have one person buy a ticket for everyone in the group. You are only able to pay with one credit card in a transaction so if you register more than one person, it will have to be charged to one credit card. The cost is $189/person (plus Eventbrite fees of approximately $11). Click here for a direct link to the ticket purchase.

STEP 2: Room Reservation at the Osthoff
THIS STEP IS DONE AFTER PURCHASING YOUR TICKET(S). Reserve a room for your group at the Osthoff Resort. You can do this by phone or online.

Option 1: Phone Reservation:
To make your reservation over the phone, simply call the Osthoff Hotel (855)876-3399 and let them know you’re attending Women Celebrate. They will assist you in reserving your room. You will only be charged for one night stay at the time of booking, and the balance will be due upon check-in.

Option 2: Online Reservation:
To reserve your room online, visit the Osthoff Resort’s website. During the booking process, you’ll be prompted to enter a specific group code. Our group code is 141525. This code will identify you as part of our group and ensure you receive rooms reserved for our group. The online booking system will only require you to pay for the first night at the time of booking, and the balance will be due upon check-in.

October 11th – Traveling Rosary For Vocations

October 11th – Traveling Rosary For Vocations

Barb Kimme Memorial Traveling Rosary for Vocations: All men and women young and old, are invited to help us pray for our Diocese and an increase in vocations. According to the Vocation Ministry Analysis from 2015-2021, the state of priestly vocations in our Green Bay Diocese meets 3 criteria to be considered as “unhealthy”.

To help raise an awareness and assist in rectifying this situation, we the GB Diocesan Council of Catholic Women, have decided our best course of action is prayer to our Lord. We are sponsoring a sort of 9-month novena for vocations. We will gather at 9 different churches every 2nd Wednesday of the month from March – November. The agenda includes song, prayer, speaker and reception. Our eighth date and location is:

Wednesday, October 11th at St. Katharine Drexel Parish, NOTE ADDRESS & TIME CHANGE: 119 W. 7th St., Kaukauna 54130 from 3:30 pm – 5:00 pm. We will be praying with the Religious Education classes 1st – 8th. Newly ordained Fr. Pribbenow will be our speaker.
