Volunteers needed for various committees at St. John Nepomucene! Please prayerfully consider!
St. John Nepomucene is a vibrant parish and we have many great committees that make-up the dedicated teams that are the hands and feet of Jesus, using their time, talents and treasures to respectfully and lovingly serve others at our parish. As such, we are currently looking for MANY new individuals to join the following committees:
St. John Nepomucene – Secretary Trustee Position Open
It is time, once again, for St. John Nepomucene to hold our trustee election in accordance with diocesan guidelines. This year our parish will be electing the SECRETARY TRUSTEE to a two-year term.
At this time, we are accepting nominations for individuals who are interested in this position. You may submit your own name or the name of another person, with their permission. In order to be placed on the final ballot, an individual must be nominated in writing by 10 different members of the parish.
Nominations are being accepted from now until July 4th. The final ballot will be announced the weekend of July 10th and 11th with the election to take place the weekend of July 17th and 18th. Please prayerfully consider if this is a ministry that you or someone you know would be interested in.
Volunteers needed for Bike to the Beat – Aug 6 & 7, 2021
Volunteer Registration is open for Bike to the Beat: Track 5! Registration is now open for volunteers for the 2021 Bike to the Beat event, with opportunities on August 5-7. This event, through the Fox Cares Foundation, has donated over $180,000 to our community and we could not do it without your support. Plus, it’s a lot of fun! Questions? Join us for a day pilgrimage to the National Shrine of Our Lady of Good Help on Wednesday, June 30th!

Location: Jesuit Retreat House on Lake Winnebago (4800 Fahrnwald Rd, 6 miles south of Oshkosh on Hwy 45)
Total Cost:$125 per person / $200 per couple; $50 non-refundable deposit for single and $100 non-refundable deposit for couple
Rock Cancer is looking for volunteers to work a shift on Saturday, August 21st at Doyle Park in Little Chute. They are looking for people who could sell raffle tickets, face paint, work the admission gates, supervise kids activities, work in the food stand – a lot of different opportunities!
With the high winds from the storm Sunday night, many gravestone flowers were misplaced. They were gathered and placed by the shed. Please stop by the cemetery to claim and replace your flower arrangements before July 4. Images are below of what was gathered. Thank you!
St. John Nepomucene Catholic Community has an opening for an enthusiastic, organized individual to work fulltime with the Faith Development Team as an Administrative Assistant.
A candidate for this position must demonstrate excellent verbal and written communication skills, proficiency in Excel, Word and Publisher, organizational skills, an ability to prioritize and manage their time, an ability to work within a team and flexibility. Prior experience in parish work is helpful.
