Middle School Preview Event: Tuesday, January 13! Families with students in grades 4-7 are invited to discover what grades 6–8 at St. John School are all about! Meet our incredible middle school staff, learn about our high school–prep curriculum and explore the many opportunities awaiting your student. Plus, every student who attends gets a locker magnet. Siblings welcome.

Presentation begins at 6 p.m. on the 3rd floor of St. John School. Enter through Door #1.

Attention Middle School Parents: Middle school students with January birthdays will be celebrating with their advisory group this Friday, January 9. Students are allowed to bring a treat to share with their advisory group (8-10 people). A flyer with healthy suggestions was sent home earlier this week; please contact your child’s advisor with any questions. Also, if your child has a summer birthday, please check with them to see what month they will be celebrating.

PowerSchool access will be down until Thursday, January 15th at 8am.

Class Color Day Grade Colors: Not sure what color your student’s grade is? Here are the colors:

PreK – Pink/Grey
Kinder – Blue
1st – Brown
2nd – Purple
3rd – Orange
4th – Yellow
5th – Green
6th – Black
7th – White
8th – Red

Playtime at the Parish: Every Thursday morning in the lower-level hospitality room, 9-10am. Come and enjoy some free coffee while young children listen to a story then have some time to just play. No registration needed. Next gathering will be Jan. 15.

REMINDERS

Uniforms & Spirit Wear: Uniform & Spirit Wear Store orders will be placed the first Friday of each month. Orders will be dropped off two weeks after the store closing date. Visit our Tommy Hilfiger online Uniform Store for plaid uniforms.

Fox Valley Saints Wrestling: Fox Valley Saints Wrestling is the official PreK–8 boys and girls wrestling program for the Christian Schools in the Fox Valley communities. The program welcomes wrestlers of all experience levels, teaches fundamentals in a fun and supportive environment, and offers opportunities to compete, including participation in local meets and the Appleton Area Public School Wrestling Conference for middle schoolers. We also now offer girls-only Sunday sessions open to girls.
